Korn Ferry Employee Engagement Awards have been developed to publicly recognize organizations that have built superior levels of engagement, as measured through their most recent people surveys. The awards are a great achievement as they highlight the organizations in each country who are successfully releasing the full power and potential of their people.

We reviewed this data by country, to create a shortlist of the highest ranked engaged companies. To be eligible to be considered, organizations needed to have responses from over 750 employees physically working in the country, and we analysed data on the following survey questions; I would recommend the company to family or friends as a place to work and I feel proud to work for the company. The two question statements are strong predictors of overall levels of employee motivation, loyalty and well-being.
We used the percentage of respondents who answered either 'strongly agreeing' or 'agreeing' to the two survey questions, with the percentage of respondents for each then averaged to determine an overall score. From this data, we identified which organizations had the highest rankings in their country.
