"Our insight tells us those businesses with high levels of engagement deliver superior people and organization performance. We are therefore delighted to have launched our Korn Ferry Employee Engagement Awards and to be able to recognize global organizations as outstanding employers within their region. Congratulations to all those who have won this prestigious award in its inaugural year".
Korn Ferry Employee Engagement Awards have been developed to publicly recognize organizations that have built superior levels of engagement, as measured through their most recent people surveys. The awards are a great achievement as they highlight the organizations in each country who are successfully releasing the full power and potential of their people.
Our research shows that high levels of employee engagement can boost revenue growth by up to two and a half times1.
If you would like to be recognised as an Outstanding Employer, then have a read on about the methodology used to find out how you can be considered for 2018.
1 Statistics from Korn Ferry’s global normative database and client business metrics.
We reviewed this data by country, to create a shortlist of the highest ranked engaged companies. To be eligible to be considered, organizations needed to have responses from over 750 employees physically working in the country, and we analysed data on the following survey questions; I would recommend the company to family or friends as a place to work and I feel proud to work for the company. The two question statements are strong predictors of overall levels of employee motivation, loyalty and well-being.
We used the percentage of respondents who answered either 'strongly agreeing' or 'agreeing' to the two survey questions, with the percentage of respondents for each then averaged to determine an overall score. From this data, we identified which organizations had the highest rankings in their country.
The Korn Ferry Employee Engagement Awards are designed to recognize organizations that have achieved best-in-class levels of engagement, and we can help you share this exciting news with your colleagues and clients. Initially, we would like to conduct interviews with you to find out more about the great work you are doing, and what the win means to you and your employees.
Later in the year, we would like to showcase your organization in several ways, such as a video interview, a client case study, or a spotlight piece within our two publications – Korn Ferry Briefings and Briefings for the Boardroom, which has a readership over 27,000 in the US alone.
Prior to the release of any marketing content referencing your company, you will be contacted to provide sign-off. Please note that the engagement index of your organization, which is calculated from the two survey questions, is confidential and will never be communicated externally.
