This research has been produced from a combination of two studies carried out during late 2017 and early 2018. The first involved a review of recent studies into the future of work, leadership and talent management. The second involved interviews with 29 leading global organizations to understand their response to the seismic changes taking place in the world of work.

As a result of this research, we have created a talent maturity model that considers 18 aspects of talent management and describes them at four levels of maturity, from Managed, through Evolved, to Refreshed and Disruptive. The following series of questions will allow us to diagnose where your organization sits on the spectrum which will enable you to consider where you want to be and how to bridge the gap.
